Please explain why the content / text editor is not available when creating my mail reply. Id like to input an image as well as bold some text. i have done it on a previous form. My Username is andrew@tagmarketing.co.za. The form is the King Price form

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form's notification email template and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The email template editor does not display the toolbar. I am not sure what is causing this issue only in that specific email alert. I would suggest you to please delete the existing auto-responder email alert and add a new one. New auto-responder email template does display the toolbar in editor. Please check the screenshot below:
