I've submitted the form and also sent test emails from Settings. I'm receiving nothing. Help!

Apologies for any inconvenience, however, the email history of your account shows no record of any failed email attempts to the email address set as a recipient of the email notification(s) in your form.
I would suggest you check the information in this guide to properly test the email notifications in your form — How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address
