I need help with a form

I am trying to use a white paper download form and need assistance with finding out the different ways the actual white paper can be delivered to subscribers.

I'm not sure I understand your question, JotForm is only a tool to help you build and manage your forms, we don't deal with delivery or shipping etc, so if you're referring to that, unfortunately we can't help you there, you will have to arrange for the delivery etc yourself. 

But if you're looking for help in integrating questions or choices of delivery ways into your form, we're more than happy to help with any questions you have. 

I’m speaking of how the white paper is downloaded (delivered) electronically when someone fills out the form. I just want to know what my options are.

What do you mean by "white paper download form"? 

Our forms are online forms. Once your users submit your online form, submitted data are sent to our servers and you can view the data on submission page of the form. 

How to View Form Submissions

If you need a paper form, you can add a print button to your form and print a blank form.

Or do you maybe want to send your users report, that will contain the data they have submitted? 

You can setup an Autoresponder Email and send them submitted data in PDF format. You can achieve that by setting PDF Attachment option to YES inside of Advanced settings.
