Can you please tell us which user submission did not send the Autoresponder email?
I reviewed the sent email logs of your form but I did not find any issue with it. It shows that emails were being sent successfully.
Let us know if issue persist.

Thank you , when the customer submits the form i do receive their submission but there is no notification to tell the customer that it has successfully been sent.
