How are results from the form stored?

    Hello,

Will I be able to export the results from the form into PDF's and into Excel/CSV files? Additionally, will the results be able to be cleared out for tracking purposes when needed?

In the past, we've used a public URL to view the form results. Is this possible as well?

    Thanks for your help,

    Brant Houghton

Hello, Brant. Submissions are stored on JotForm's database servers. These are SSAE16 Audited facilities which provide security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks.

For accessing your submissions, you can access and export your submissions to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Just follow the steps from this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

In viewing form results or submissions, you can set your submissions page to be accessed publicly. You can check this guide for the steps: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

You can also create a table report which is accessible via a URL. Please check out this chapter of the user guide to know more about building reports: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports
