Hi, I have had a search but unable to find an answer.
I want to do a 2 page form where i capture a customer's email and name, and pass through to my CRM for follow up, but have a second page appear with further fields afterwards, before my thankyou page.
I am sure this is possible, is there a tutorial for this?

I understand that you want to capture name and email in the first page of your form and send it to your CRM. Then you want to display the second page to capture other information from the user. Is that correct?
Please be noted that we have some integrations readily available with some CRMs. You may take a look at the available integrations here and check if your CRM is listed.

It is possible to create a multi-page form by adding a page break to the form. However, the information can be sent to JotForm or any integrated CRM only when clicked on Submit i.e., after completing the entire form. In order to achieve your requirement, you may consider setting up two different forms. The first form will be containing Name and Email address fields. After submitting the first form, it can be redirected to the second form from the Thank you page using 'Redirect to external link' option to capture the other part of the information.

You may send the information captured in the first page to the available CRM by integrating to the form. You may also pass the information captured in the first form to the second form by following the guide below:

Hope this information helps!
