With regards to your concern, you can display the inputs of your user in the "Thank You" page by using the "Form Fields" drop down field.
You can also stripe the labels to show specific part of the order information of the user. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/231-How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts. Although, that one implements it in the email alert, but it should be applicable in the "Thank You" page.
