I just created an account and it defaulted to the new form. It looks great, but it isn't mobile responsive when embedded on a website. How can I make it mobile responsive there?

I test the form on your website using mobile browser and it shows mobile responsive behavior already.
I was able to use the form properly.

Were you not getting the same result?
Can you tell us which mobile browser/device you see the issue.
It will also help us identify the issue if you can share to us a screenshot image on how it looks on your mobile browser.

I work with a developer who set up the form. We agreed to a text change to one of the questions. As I was not near my computer, I decided I would test it from my iPad. When I had used the computer, all was fine. When I used the iPad, the layout was broken. Where the information should display with the initial question, like what you captured above, there was just gray. I noticed that the gray was a rectangle which went past the right edge. I scrolled across and no joy. After sending a message to the developer indicating that I was not seeing what I saw on my computer (MacBook Pro, latest OS), I went back to the iPad (iPad Pro, latest OS). This time I scrolled right multiple times. After swiping maybe 5 times I found the text that is broadly similar to what you see above.
This morning, I clicked on the same link on my iPhone (thinking that is what you used above), my iPad and my Mac. This time all was well. So, a transient error which happened twice within 2-4 minutes of each other last evening (BST). Not much more than I can add at this point unless you have other questions. I will monitor things to see if it happens again and what I can capture at the at

I checked your web page using my iPhone 6 and I can verify that the form is mobile responsive. Here's a screenshot from my phone:
If the issue persists, please re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
I recommend you add the Mobile Responsive widget as well. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
