    Hi Folks

Is there a way to create a condition within one form that if answered in a particular way would direct the person to another Jotform?

Also can I transfer some of the information of the first form to the second one?

    Hi Edgar,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Change Thank You page condition that redirects the user to another form if a specified field is filled out for the chosen option. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Go to Conditions on the left of screen.
    3. Add a Change Thank You Page condition.

    5. Once you’re done, select Save.

We also have a guide about How to Change the Thank You Page URL Conditionally that you can check out.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
