How can we have more than one attachment and how to change the file upload size limit?

We didn't realize there was a file size limit and that only one file could be attached. Is there an option to pay to upgrade the attachment feature?

I have checked your account and found that your upload space usage is way within your Bronze plan limits. You do not need to pay for any further upgrades.
