Hi, I use JotForm only one or two months a year so I upgrade only for that period of time. The last time I paid was in June and now I need the receipt for that.

You can find the invoices in the Account Billing page of your JotForm account. To do that, please log in to your account and click this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. After that, click the View link in the Invoices section.
