I am unable to create new forms and am I over the limit of submissions storage

    I received the over-the-limit-submissions message.  So, I purged a large number of tables.  Then I deleted one submission.


    1.  The submissions count has not changed

    2   I cannot create a new form without upgrading (I don't want to do that)

    First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

    I have checked your account and found that it's in the Free status, and that you have 273 active forms out of 5 that your Free account allows, which explains why you are unable to create any more forms.

    As to submissions storage, please note that you currently have a total of 536 submissions out of the 500 that your Free account allows.
