Can I set a file size limit on file uploads?

- Is it possible to limit the length of the video attached. If not, what would be your recommendation in terms of size limit in MB. I assume there is a wide range, but I would like to know a standard estimation. MB per second for a regular user recording video with smartphone.

You can limit the file size of any kind of file you will allow to be uploaded on your form using the default File Upload field.

First, set the file types/extensions you would only allow to be uploaded.
