Form Calculation or Update/Calculate Field is not working

I set up my calculations and go to preview the form and it isn't working... it is supposed to populate a text box with a name and populate the email based off the text box. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, I have cloned and reviewed the conditional logic and most of the conditions are showing an error message as shown in the screenshot.

When I tried to access these conditions with error, I have encountered a blank, white screen issue. I would suggest you to delete these conditions with error and create a new condition. Here's how to do it:

How to delete multiple conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.

3. Tick multiple checkboxes on the left side of the conditions with error.

4. Click on Delete.

How to create an Update/Calculate Field conditional logic:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.

3. Click on Add condition.

4. Select your preferred condition and configure it appropriately.

5. Click on Save.
