To whom it may concern,
I am investigating whether your product is accessible for my client to use. My client has staff with a vision impairment whom use screen reading software to access content on their computer.
In checking your product using such screen reading software I found a number of issues and ask whether these can be resolved by yourselves. Most of the issues relate to the absence of appropriate field or button labels which can make navigating a web page and its content difficult. In my brief scan I came across this issue on the following pages:
1. My Forms dashboard (see screenshot)
2. Email field labels.
3. Deleting fields - rubbish bin icon.
I have additional screenshots I can forward you if required.
Could you please advise whether (a) you require additional information and (b) when you can rectify these issues? I am waiting on your feedback before I can discuss further with my client.
I look forward to your response.

I could not find any registered account under your email address "firstname.lastname@example.org". Could you let us know what your username is? Also, the screenshots did not post to this thread, please open the link of this thread in your browser: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1242587
Then upload the screenshots to illustrate the issues you are referring to:

The test account was created with the username email@example.com. I've attached the error messages to this email.

I'm aware a number of people have already posted issues with WCAG 2.0 compliancy and my query relates to these also.
