Hey I have added the CNAME form.anerleymaydesigns.com.au to my wix website.

There is some conflicting info on here if it's meant to be forms.mydomain or form.mydomain ? Anyhow I have tried both and still not working.

Can I have the custom domain and also a custom url name not the ID of the form ?

This is what I'm trying to achieve https://form.anerleymaydesigns.com.au/amd_forms/luxe-candle-order

    https://form.jotform.co/amd_forms/luxe-candle-order

    Help very much appreciated

I am really sorry to inform you about that custom domain is not supported anymore. All forms are HTTPS (SSL) in order to provide security and it is not possible to accomplish setting a custom domain with CNAME as you can see the information in this guide. So, the guide is abolished.

Please consider embedding your form into your Wix website as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

    I hope this helps.
