How can I redirect my users back to the same form after submission?

Is there a way to get a form to reset after the "thank you" say 3 seconds after? Think kiosk mode..

Did you mean you wanted to display the same form, unfilled, after form submission? If that's your aim, set your Thank You page URL to redirect to the same URL as your form. This way, once the form is submitted, the next user will be redirected back to that same form (and so on).
