I need away to send the lead to a agency within my database using proximity targeting

    Hello

I have a website that’s purpose is to capture leads, perspective volunteers who want to become firefighters.

After the person signs up I want the system to:

    1. Send an e-mail reply automatically to let the prospect know that their info was received, include the contact details of the closest fire department near them (from my database)  and ask them to opt in again.

    2. I would like another e-mail notification to be sent out to the volunteer fire department in my database that is located closest to the lead so they can follow up directly. If possible, this e-mail should include the lead info and send it to the closest department so they can call that lead on the phone or send them an e-mail

I work with a lot of fire departments looking for volunteers and want to automate the opt ins and the process of sending the lead to the closest fire department.

Can you do that?  If not, can you suggest a product that can?

    Thanks.

You can indeed send emails, one to the submitter and another one to the desired department, please check the guides below in order to get details about how to set up such emails.

    Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

    Setting-up-Email-Notifications

However, the recipients can be only fixed or conditionally changed, but it's not possible to import recipients from a database.

You could however know the user's location and set up conditions to send the email to the desired recipient, please check this guide that will help you to conditionally send emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

However, you would need to set the email  recipients on the conditions wizard.

    I hope this helps.
