Hi,
Is there a form template to add multiple students registration and pay for them one time?
or
How to achieve more than one student registration and pay for them one time instead of separate payment for each student?
Thanks

JotForm has a widget that will allow you to get multiple records in the same field, please find the configurable list widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
And this guide will help you setting up the widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
However, using the widget will not be possible to set up calculations, if you would like to automatically get a total based on the number of students added, then you would need to use basic fields instead.
You could create a set of fields to request the needed information for the students and then use conditions to show the fields, this in case that you want to ask your user if he wants to add a another student.
This guide will help you with the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
You will also need to perform calculations and pass the result to the payment field. The guides below will help you doing so:

https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
I hope this helps.
