How can I send form submissions to MailChimp?

Can I use Jotform at a trade show to capture peoples details and send to Mailchimp? Once someone has submitted form will it reset to a black form for the next person?

I would recommend you to take a look on our form templates, may be that you find an existing form that you want to use and simply make the necessary changes: https://www.jotform.com/help/106-How-to-Use-Form-Templates 

Once you have your form, you will indeed be able to send records to your MailChimp account, please check this guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp 

Please note that you must use the same fields types on both ends, JotForm and MailChimp, this to prevent issues sending the data over. For example, map check box with check box, text box with text box and so on.
