Is there another way of downloading documents from submissions without receiving an email?

Hello Jotform,

We have to do monthly backups of all register submissions.

All downloads are going to my bosses email as he is the holder of the account.  This is becoming quite confusing & taking up so much extra time.

Is there any other way of downloading documents?  I do not want to do them individually, though.

Yes, you can download all your submitted data exported as Excel, CSV or PDF:

I do download using Excel but I am referring to the uploads....the documents that are attached to the forms.
