How long will it take to transfer my forms to a different account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can transfer the forms and their data to another account in just a minute. To proceed with your request, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Jotform account.
2. Open a new ticket and create a request to move your forms.
3. In the ticket, list the form URLs that you’d like to move.
4. Include the username or email address of the account you want to transfer your forms and data.
5. Submit the ticket and wait — a representative will review your request shortly after and let you know once the transfer is complete.

Please note that it’s not possible to move or transfer forms to and from HIPAA-enabled accounts due to security restrictions. Also, it is not advisable to disable HIPAA compliance features to move or transfer forms. Transferring a form from an account under the EU server to a non-EU account or vice versa is also not possible. Lastly, the form's custom URL will no longer work if the form is transferred over to another account.
