Hi,
I created a Work Order form using your platform and after I fill out the info for the work order request it gets emailed to a technician. He's able to edit it after the work is complete and it gets sent back to me.
This works well for us, but, what I would like to do is have my tech be able to create a NEW work order from his cell phone or tablet and submit them while he's in the field. Since sometimes he has a service call come in that isn't generated by me in the office.
Can you explain how he can create a new work order for submission? I log into the app and see the ones I've created on the computer, but I can't see anywhere from the app that a new one can be created.
Thanks
Holly Pitters

If you have already created your form then you could simply share its form so it can be filled and submitted, JotForm forms are mobile responsive so they can be opened in different devices.
Please check this guide in order to get your form's link: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
Also, note that once you have shared the link, the submitter will not need to have access to your JotForm account.
The form will work fine as long as your user has internet connection, once the form's been submitted you can check your submissions on the submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
I hope this helps.
