i want to make a form and in order to pull credit i need them to sign and i need it to be proof that it was them signing with ip or something i tried DocuSign and adobe sign but both gave me an error and this is after i signed in and clicked update widget
is there a way to have someone who fills out form to and sing to get there ip and it says signed by blabla IP

The DocuSign and Adobe Sign would work if configured correctly. What error did you get when you configure them? Can you take a screenshot and post it here?

We record the IP Address of the submitter. In fact, you can see that piece of information on the form submission page:

You can give your clients a copy of their submission by creating an autoresponder email and enabling the PDF attachment in it.
