I have one person in my building who is not receiving email notifications when the form is submitted. It is set up for them to get it. I assume something in their email is blocking Jotform but i have no idea where to even start looking. Please help.Page URL:

I have been checking the email recipient address on your form and noticed that all the emails have been sent, the address does not seem to be in our bounce list either.

If you keep experiencing the issues, please try setting up an SMTP sender on your form, as this will use you own mail server you should not experience issues with your emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
