I checked your account "profitsense1" and it is over the limit. Your form views reached the 1,000 monthly limit. That's the reason why your forms are disabled.

If you do not want to upgrade your account, you can wait for the monthly limit reset. The form views and submissions limit will be back to 0 every first day of the month.
