Setting up a booking form for a bus restaurant.
The guests will need to make menu choices before the reservation date.
I'm setting it up so that the primary contact making the booking will enter the names and email of the other guests in the party.
I would like an email to be generated to the other guests with a link so that they can click through to make their menu choices on the form.
Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible by creating Autoresponder Emails that will be sent to the email addresses of other guests that were entered by the primary contact.
What you need to do is add an EDIT LINK to the email content (or email body) of the Autoresponder template.

However, this may lead to inconsistencies if you will be allowing multiple users to edit the submission created by the primary contact.
My recommendation is to conditionally hide fields when the form is opened using its EDIT LINK. Use the Get Form Page URL Widget with your conditions to determine if they're viewing the form using the this link. The approach is to only show the fields that are needed to be filled out by the other guests to prevent them from editing the other info provided by your primary contact.
This is another topic on its own so I'll be listing more guides below that you can refer to.
