Can I use a form as a database until I have tried using a spreadsheet but where will it be stored and how can I do a dw document protocols by following the same transition across sectors like mytask helper or zoho creator

Form submission is stored JotForm server. You can access them on the form's submission page. You can also integrate the form to Zoho.
