Text on form not showing when submitted

Why is the submitted form not displaying (or printing) one particular text area?

May I what text area are you referring to? Also, where do you open the submission? Is it in the email notification or on the Submissions page?

Please enable the "Show Headers and Texts" on the Submissions page. Here's how:

On the Submissions page, click the "Options" icon and then enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option. After that, click the "Options" icon again to save the changes.
