PayPal issue/confirmation email issue

Hi, I just made an online order form for a client who sells school lunches. He has a problem with the PayPal sign outt - it says "donation" and not "payment" as it suppose to. The other thing is, he wants the customers who have order to get an email confirmation sent listing what they order that they can bring to the school and show. How do I do that?

I have checked your form I could not figure out PayPal related issue. Could you give us more details, about either your client see the "donation" rather than "payment" in the form or PayPal page?

Considering your second question, if I understand you correctly you want to send autoresponder email to the person who fills the form. You can easily set up an autoresponder Email by covering the simple user guide:

Hi Jenny, thank you for your quick response and clear guidance. My client experience this "Donation"/"Payment" issue in the Jotform form. I have changed the "Payment Box Sub Label" to "Betaling" (Danish for "Payment") in stead of "Donation" and hope that'll solve the problem. I have attached a screenshot of this PayPal Integration window. Please check and see if I've done it right.
