How does approval workflow works and look like

    How do these elements show up in the form... so in the approver email and they approve in the email, do you need a field in the form as well, or how is it captured.

    Hi Texas Historical Commission,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once the form is submitted, an approval email will be sent out to the form owner or approver. No additional field is needed. Once answered, you can easily track down the status of each submission through your Jotform Tables. Take a look at the screenshot below:
