Mis correos de autorespuesta en los formularios no funcionan

    Buenas tardes, Llevo varios días perdiendo dinero debido a un fallo en el sistema que provoca la no auto-respuesta a todos mis formularios donde suele haber información muy importante para terminar el pago de mis clientes.

    Ruego a la mayor brevedad me restauren las funciones necesarias para que mi negocio pueda fluir

    I checked your email history and can see the failed emails for this week. They are all no longer in the bounce list.

    Looks like incoming mail from JotForm is being rejected by the email provider of each of your clients. What I suggest to solve this problem is to setup SMTP. This way you can use another provider to send your email instead of JotForm. This will ensure that your customers will always receive their email from you.

    I see you have a Gmail account. So here's the Gmail SMTP server settings:

    Email: compartitura@gmail.com

    Hostname: smtp.gmail.com

    Port: 587

    Username: compartitura@gmail.com

    Password: your-password

    Security Protocol: TLS

    You only need to setup SMTP once. Then you can select that sender in each of your notifications/autoresponders.
