Hello,
Is it possible to get notifications or e-mails whenever there is a submission to a contact form or do we have to make an effort to manually check daily?
We switched to JotForms because of a previous form site not sending an email or any notification that we had submissions on the form. Is there any way to have that as an option?

Yes, JotForm can indeed send email notifications, please check this guide that will help you setting it up: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
The Jotform servers are used by default to send the emails, but you may use your own mail server information too, please check this guide that will help you setting a custom sender using the SMTP method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Alternatively, you may use our mobile apps to get notified when you receive a submission: https://apps.jotform.com/platform/mobile_app
