Hello,
We have a job application on JotForm that seems to be working fine, however, when we receive email notifications I noticed that one particular question shows up on the application repeatedly. "Do you currently attend Veritas" shows up at least three times in the email. This has been happening for quite some time.
I looked in the jotform editor to see if there was something wrong with the form itself, but I do not see anything that indicates this.

Simply delete that notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
And create a new one again: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
The new notification will be properly updated with your form fields. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
