Hi, I have a problem with the layout of the submission. I have designed the forms so they have different sections and headings. however once the form is submitted, all the input data is all aggregated into a pdf in a simply line by line format. This is useless as I have no idea what the data relates to, as the headings for the different sections on the form do not appear.
Without this, the service is useless, can you advise?

Please note that the form design is entirely different with the submissions/PDF view. The PDF submission view can be designed by clicking on PDF icon > Customize PDF in the submissions view page.
Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

You only have to do the change once. The change will apply to all your submissions.
