Hello,
Form titled "Shopping Cart".
Today, when a customer fills out our Shopping Cart Form, we do not receive an email notification and the customer does not receive the auto responder. We have not changed anything in over 3 weeks. Please helps. We set up our SMTP a month ago. Nothing is going into Spam.
Please help!!

I checked the mail log and can see that you have submissions today sent out via SMTP to resumecounselor@topresumepros.com
Also you can check your email history yourself:

You can try switching your sender email to the default noreply@jotform.com address.
Or you could try the verified sender method:
