I have changed the password several times to this account. When I attempt to login on a PC, the submit button does not do anything.

Please try logging in on this page https://www.jotform.com/login. The button is working for me. I would suggest trying to delete your browser cache before logging in using the login menu. If that doesn't work, please check your browser console for possible errors.

Take a screenshot of the console logs (if there's any), and upload it to this thread.
