Reminder Email: Remove a recipient when they already filled out the form

Hello, is there any configuration in Jotform yet for it to know when a form has been filled out for the day already and not to send a notification to the recipients anymore?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no way for the recipient to not receive the reminder email automatically after they fill out the form. They will receive the notification email unless they are manually removed. With this, I suggest to manually remove the users in the list of the recipients right after they filled out the form. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, Navigate to Publish tab at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Select Email on the left menu.
3. Click on the Schedule a Reminder Email option.
4. Hover to a reminder email and click the Pencil icon to edit it.
5. Navigate to Recipients tab.
6. Remove a recipient by hovering to the email and clicking the x icon.
7. Then, click the Update button to save the changes.
