How to change the Page Title?

This is all well and good, but when I change the name of the form, the name of the form when the customer receives it is different from the changed version

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean the Page Title as shown in the screenshot below?

You can Change the Page Title of Your Form in the Form Settings. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Setting on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Page Title section.
• Update this to the title you want to show on the browser tab. And that's it.
