The current time did not match the current time zone provided in the account settings.

    Hello, I have a submission date and time set to 'current'. However, when I go to preview the form the right time does not come up as per Sydney (AEST), which is what my profile is set up as. Is this only as the form is not yet published or will update?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble seeing that the wrong time is displayed on your Date and time field.

    I tested this on my end and found that no matter what timezone you have set in your account settings, the form will follow the time specified on your computer or laptop. Can you check your device's time and make sure it's set correctly? If it's set correctly, but the issue persists, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hi Mary,

    This is still incorrect. When I go to preview the form, the date and time states 18/03/24 at 7.14am. My current time is 18/03/24 at 11.16pm (AEST). My Jotform profile is also set for Sydney, Australia (AEST) time.

    I believe the time on the form is showing for CDT time that is 7.14am.

    Hello Nathan, 

    Thanks for your patience. After looking over this issue, unfortunately, the Date and Time field or the Time Field alone automatically syncs with your device's current local time.

    Once the form is submitted, the data will be sent to Jotform Tables using Jotform Server time, which is based on the time zone you set on your account. If you would like to know the date and time of the submission under your account's timezone, then you can see it under the Submission Date column in your Jotform Tables. You can use the option to change the date format to show the date and time as shown below:
