The form gets stuck on 'Please Wait' and nothing sends

    Hi, I have a travel itinerary template people are trying to use, but unfortunately when they go to send it, the form gets stuck on 'Please Wait' and nothing sends.

     

    Can you please help?

    I was able to replicate the issue when I did a test submission to your webpage. Here's a screenshot:

    Please try to re-embed the form using this guide: Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version.

    If the issue persists, please re-embed the form again using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
