Determining where the submission came from

How can I determine where a submission came from in regards to a forum location? (Which social media or website did the client fill out the forum)

We do have widgets that you can use, please check:

1. Get Referrer widget - This will help you find out where the people who visit and fill out your form come from. You may refer to this guide: How-to-Capture-Referrer-URL.

2. Get Form Page URL widget - This widget detects the webpage where you embedded the form and provides the page URL each time the form is submitted.
