I'm having trouble importing a form from Squarespace.

I https://kate-juniper-wz8d.squarespace.com/questionnaire). The website is live but only technically; I have not yet transferred my domain to it because it's not finished. Would this have an effect, or is there some other explanation as to why I can't convert this form?

I'm afraid its not possible to import a Squarespace site.
