I tested your form and the form is working properly. I successfully submitted the form and I was redirected to the Thank You page.
Which error message is shown when your users try to submit the form? Please provide us a screenshot of that message.
If the form is embedded, provide us the webpage URL so that we can test the form there.
I did notice that the Unique Submission feature is enabled on your form. If 'Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.' error message is shown the Unique Submission feature is the reason. It will prevent the user to submit the form using the same browser, to prevent duplicate submissions.
If you want to disable this feature set Unique Submission to No Check.
