If I upgrade, will I have the ability to have the person filling out the form, enter their email address, and have the results of that form sent both to them with a copy to me

Hello @tdaniel2000 - You won't need a paid plan to achieve that. What you described are called AUTORESPONDERS (the ones sent to your users) and NOTIFICATIONS (the ones sent to you).
