Can't edit encrypted submitted forms

When I click on edit submission, the form shows up blank. This form is encrypted, is that why I can't edit it? I created a key and everything else works fine.

I have been testing the encryption feature and editing a submission, but I was unable to replicate the issue you mentioned.

May you please try using incognito mode?

This link will help you getting it on Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Also, please check the web console (with the guide shared above) since that will help us to know if there is any error causing this.

We will wait for your response.

Figured it out, I was using a server Cert, when I use Jot Cert it works
    fine.
