Having a problem not receiving confirmation emails when participants submit their form.

    Hello,


    We are experiencing an issue with not receiving email notification when the form has been submitted.  But when we log into jotform, the notification shows that we have received responses.  Please advise, thank you.

    I see there was one email to user "Pandora" that didn't get through. Is this the email you are referring to?
