Everyone can see my form data?

If I take my edit link for my form and I paste it to my browser in incognito mode, I can edit the form and see the data. Is there a way to stop that?

Also if I wanted people to edit forms, is there a way I can pass an api key in the url to authenticate them? I would like to use jotforms in an application.

Unfortunately this is not possible, however the customer or other people won't have the ability to know or edit their submission if you do not give them the link since it contains unique ID of each submissions.

To edit forms, it is NOT possible unless they created a jotform account and add their account as a sub-user then give them permission to edit the form https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

But it is possible to give them the edit link for their Submission data by setting up an Autoresponder email notification https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Let us know if you need further assistance and I apologize if I have misunderstood your questions.

We have an API key documentation which can be found here https://api.jotform.com/docs/
