Account still shows overlimit after clearing the submissions.

I just deleted most of the submissions I have made and I also deleted them from the trash; however, neither my monthly submission or total submissions totals decreased. I was expecting both to decrease especially since I deleted dummy test data and don't want them to count against my plan. Please explain. Thanks ahead!

    Hi JHC Evangelism,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your email address is linked to only a Guest Account. Please note that the Guest account is a one-time login feature. You will need to sign up for a free one first, but you can still use the same email address you did for your Guest account.

Also, I do not see that your account is exceeding the Space Limit. So I went ahead and cleared the account cache. Everything should be working fine now. But, If you are referring to another Jotform account, share the username or email address with us so we can check it out.

Reach out again if you need any more help.

Thank you so much for your response.

I was surprised by your answer as I actually have a starter account - see below:Account still shows overlimit after clearing the submissions Screenshot 30

I am pleased to say that after waiting a day, the total submissions did decrease to 13; however, I expected the Monthly submissions to match which is also what shows in the My Forms view; however it remained at 69 - I was expecting it to be 13.

    Hi JHC Evangelism,

Thanks for getting back to us. After checking our system, I saw that you have a Starter account. Also, I saw there're plenty of space for your usage. For example, the occupied upload space is 0MB out of 100MB. Can you logout and re-login to your account and see if the quota will be refreshed?

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Thank you Hilary for your answer!

My concern is specifically the Monthly Submission did not decrease after I deleted my dummy data. It shows 59 out of 100. I have started to conduct Beta testing and I am concerned that my beta testers will use up the 41 submissions and affect our testing. Secondly, I am trying to determine if deleting dummy data will lower the monthly submission total or do I have to wait for the next reset date?

Getting these things correct will make a huge difference - I believe we are on the verge of choosing your service but it's important for a good demonstration to take place before we invest in a subscription.

P.S. Clearing the cache and logging out/in did not help.

    Thanks ahead for your response.

    Hi JHC Evangelism,

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that deleting submissions will not decrease your monthly submission usage. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the new month or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can review our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
