Can companies use their domain link instead of jotform link when publishing the form on their website?

You can use a custom domain here in JotForm. Here's a user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.

Please take note that the form can be embedded on a webpage. For example, you can embed the form to your Contact Us page. The URL that will be used will be the link to your Contact Us page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

    Hello,
I think The instructions were followed from the links you provided, but I dont see a change in the form link yet.  Can you kindly check to see what needs to be done so that my domain will show in the form link.  Thanks.

The custom domains are not placed to the form builder. The links should be manually adjusted.

For example, if the standard link is:

    https://form.jotform.com/XXXXXXXXXX

    Replace it with:

    https://form.mydomain.com/XXXXXXXXXX

    * Where the form.mydomain.com is your CNAME mapped domain.
